Decks, fences, driveways, siding, patios, and stonework. The right pressure for the surface so material doesn't get damaged in the process.
Yard cleanup
Spring opening, end-of-season tidy, branch and debris removal, garden bed touch-ups, and the seasonal tasks that pile up.
Fencing
Repairs, board replacements, gate adjustments, and post resets. Nathan handles small section repairs and full panel replacements.
Decks
Cleaning, sanding, staining, board replacement, railing repairs, and structural fixes. Wood decks need annual care to outlast the weather.
Right pressure for the surface.
Power washing looks straightforward until you see what happens when the pressure is wrong for the surface. Wood decks pick up fuzz that needs sanding off. Soft mortar between stones pits. Vinyl siding can split.
Nathan adjusts pressure, tip selection, and chemistry to the surface — and stops before damage starts. Hard surfaces like concrete take a different approach than wood, and natural stone needs a gentler touch than treated lumber.
